sponsor Microsoft di Htl Grand Haytt sama tahu dan
dengar saya ( yg duduk sebelah kursinya Pak Paulus ,
dan saya kebetulan dibelakang Prof Iskandar
Alisyahbana, mantan Rekrtir ITB)yg minta Klarifikasi
dan bertanya dalam bahasa Ingeris kepada pembicara
pada panel sidang: bahwa biaya software US 3.- untuk
pendidikan yg berlaku di China dan India, tapi "tak
berlaku" di Indonesia.
Kemudian dijawab ( dlm bahasa Inggeris) oleh Kepala
IPR Microsoft dari Redmond Mr.Marshall C.Phelps yg
khusus datang ke jakarta, bahwa harga itu akan berlaku
di Indonesia. Setelah 3 bulan ternyata semua itu tidak
ada realisasinya.Saya rasa pejabat Microsoft di
Indonesia dan Redmond dapat menjawab dan
mengklarifiklasi lagi penjelasan penjabat2 Microsoft
ttg pertanyaan saya diatas.
